How long will my order take to ship?
Excluding Pre-Orders, all orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after your order is placed. The most up to date status changes will come from checking the tracking information on your item. If you want to read more about our shipping policies, click here

What if the item I want is out of stock?
Being that our products are made in smaller quantities, unfortunately we many not restock some of our items. However, you can sign up for notifications or follow us on social media for updates on new collections. We always look to raise the bar and begin new collaborations with other small businesses!
Shipping and Delivery:
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes, we do ship to PO Boxes! Please note that depending on the size of the package, certain shipping carriers may have restrictions.
How can I change my shipping address after I’ve placed an order?
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at prodigybagcompany@gmail.com. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to change the address.
Can I expedite my shipping?
Depending on your location we often offer expedited shipping options at checkout. The cost of expedited shipping will be calculated at checkout.
Account & General Questions:
Do I need to create an account to make a purchase?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders, save your information for faster checkout, and receive exclusive offers.
How can I check the status of my order?
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can also track the status of your order through the carrier’s website. If you need help tracking your order, feel free to contact us.
Return Questions:
What is your Refund & Return Policy?
We want to ensure that you love the items that you have purchased. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return brand new item(s) within 14 days of the delivery date to receive a refund. Please note that items purchased with a promotional discount or promo code are not eligible for refund. However, you can request store credit for the amount paid for the item.

Can I purchase a gift with a personalized note?
Yes! At checkout, you can include a personalized message that will be written on a card and included with the order.
