Refund/Exchange Policies

Refunds:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your item, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after your item has been delivered to return an item. The following guidelines must be met in order for a return to be accepted:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging or sufficient packaging to ensure the item doesn’t get damaged in transit.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at prodigybagcompany@gmail.com.

 

Return Shipping:

If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for providing return shipping. The only exception is if the wrong item was sent out for which we will provide the return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and defects:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions to returns/ non-returnable items:

Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds on, On Sale items. This is defined as any purchase that has been made with a discount code. This is due to the time sensitive nature associated with discounted prices and promotions. However, you can request store credit for the amount paid for the item. 

Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
